Headache Pain

If you have headache pain, it may be because your head is out of position in relation to your upper back and shoulders.  Depending on what postural position is causing the headache, one of these short sequences may relieve the pain.  If not, don't give up.  You may need to work on the root causes first.  Even if one of these sequences helps, you will still need to work on the root causes of your postural postion to remain pain free.
