Posture therapy is an effective, non-medical method for stopping chronic pain. A posture therapist reads your posture - it carries the story of your body. By looking at the position of your bones, misalignments are identified, and simple movements (specific exercises) are prescribed to isolate and re-educate the muscles which are holding the bones in place. When the alignment of the bones resembles the functional blueprint design of the human body, the pain subsides and disappears altogether. No pills, or surgery, or manipulation is involved.
